for lightning fury amazon, throw javelins is a carrier of a magic
attack. the ias increases throwing speed and fcr increases casting
speed, which is more effective?

and, for a casting delay spell, such as sorc's f-orb, what for
increase fcr ? it seems unuseless, imho.

A lightning fury amazon wants IAS. LF does not have a casting rate on it,
so more IAS means more LF's.

A pure Frozen Orb sorc doesn't require faster cast, but she seldom uses just
Frozen Orb and that faster cast comes in handy with spells that do not have
casting delay.

Anex....Explodeazon, so remember, for a LF zon, IAS=good.

Like u said, FCR is useful for non-delayed skills, such as Teleport. If
your sorc never teleports and only uses FO, you can do without FCR. If you
plan on teleporting in Worldstone Keep or Durance, you'd better get a
reasonable FCR before you get stunlocked by those damn little guys or big
birds/fella.
