plus skills claws in act5 normal?

Hi All

My first and only HC character, a trapsin, is now in act 5 normal. No +
skills claws to be found yet. She is, as You can guess, totally untwinked.

Can anyone enlighten me, is it possible to shop anya for + skills claws in
act 5 normal or am I wasting my time ???

She has str/dex 55/55 so she can use up to scissors katar. I am planning to
go no higher than 65 for str depending on items.
Rest goes to vitality, now at lvl 30, she has 100 vitality which gives her
(with items) 500 life. Energy is at base and stays there.

Planning to level to lvl 40ísh before going to visit the ancients. I have
all the waypoints up to there now. Is there someplace good to MF for her
(she has approx. 40%) ??

PS. I found out the hard way that to get the Diablo kill quest You now have
to be in the same screen as big D when he croaks. If now - You cannot
complete this quest in this game....... Dammit!

I don't remember if Normal Anya sells +skill katars. According to AS, most
normal Katars don't have bonuses to skills. However, I have definitely seen
normal katars with some bonuses. No harm bugging Anya.

Monsters can drop katars with +skills. Another alternative, a cheap one, is
to keep magical katars with crappy mods dropped by monsters in Act 5 and
then use the 3-chippie receipe to reroll the katars, and you may have a
chance, a slim chance, of getting some skill bonuses on the katars.

You can try doing Eldritch + Shenk + Pindleskin runs. They don't normally
drop anything good, but they can. These runs are also very good for
experience and gold (for gambling katars/gears).

I will be running E+S runs and will try Pindle, but I allways find him
disappointing.

BTW after what feels like hundreds of shopping runs at AnyaŽs, I can report
that she does sell +1 skilltree claws, but lots of runs are needed to
assemble two + 1 traps claws and two + 1 shadow masteries claws for the
switch. I got tendinitis now ;o)

I got my first +3 to traps claw early on in the game, I think in act 5
normal, but it depends what level you are.

Actually I just researched it and +3 to traps is available at level
60. So it must have been in nightmare where I was.

I got my first +3 to traps claw early on in the game, I think in act 5
normal, but it depends what level you are.

If you still have it try getting Charsi to imbue a scissors katar. You
may get a skill boost that way. I haven't tried it personally but she
does generally puts skill boosts on other character specific items, even
if the one you give her doesn't have any.

To MF I would say Meph.

If you weren't a HC, I would have told you why not try to get complete
Natalya's set? But I guess it's hard to find by trading... and also you
would have needed more str/dex. But it's a gret set anyway that I enjoy a
lot.

I bought a +1 martial arts claw from Anya recently. I'm not sure what type
of claw it was though.

Yes, Anya does sell them. Whether you see them or not is dependent on
your clvl.
